For individuals and schools:

NSTA gives a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee -- any individual may return a publication in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. NSTA will refund the purchase price in full of items over $10. Orders under $10 will receive account credit.

To return an item, indicate the reason for the return, include the packing slip or invoice, and wrap the package securely. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling on the original invoice and for shipping the package back to NSTA at the address above (orders sent to any other address may have a rerouting fee applied); NSTA refunds or credits the purchase price only. Certain sale items are nonreturnable.
